What soils do you carry?
Top soil, garden mix, potting soil, white builder's sand, yellow builder's sand and play sand — all by the cubic yard.

Florida soil is sandy by nature — the right top soil, garden mix, or potting soil makes the difference between a struggling bed and one that thrives. We stock each by the cubic yard for pickup and delivery.
We also keep white and yellow builder's sand, plus washed play sand, for paver beds, sandboxes, and prep work.
Enter length, width, and depth to estimate how much you'll need.
Rule of thumb: 1 cubic yard covers about 100 sq ft at a 3-inch depth. Measure length × width, divide by 100, and that's roughly the cubic yards you need. This is an estimate; bed shape, settling, and product texture can change the final amount, so call 386-775-8676 to confirm quantity and availability.

Top soil is a general-purpose screened soil great for filling low spots and patching lawns. Garden mix is enriched and ready for planting beds and vegetable gardens — you don't need to amend it before planting.
For raised beds, most local gardeners do best with the garden mix, as it is a blend of compost and top soil. The native West Volusia sand doesn't hold nutrients well on its own.
1 cubic yard ≈ 100 sq ft at 3 inches deep, or 300 sq ft at 1 inch for light lawn topdressing. Measure the patch length × width and divide to estimate the yards you need.
White and yellow builder's sand are used under pavers, around drains, for stucco work, and as bedding sand.
