Sheds — delivered, leveled, set up

Aluminum sheds, barns, and greenhouses delivered fully assembled. Free delivery, leveling, and set-up within 25 miles of DeLand.

Bulk landscape materials

Mulch, soil, compost, dirt, stone, and gravel — by the cubic yard or by the truckload. We help you size the load.

Honest scheduling

We confirm your address, give you a realistic timing window, and tell you up front if we can't make it work. No surprises at the curb.

Where we deliver

Main service area: West Volusia. Expanded service area: all of Volusia County. We also serve Sanford and Lake Mary in Seminole County, and nearby Lake County communities closer to DeLand including Eustis and Astor.

For an exact answer for your address, call 386-775-8676. We'd rather tell you "no" up front than show up to a property we can't service.

Prepping for delivery

  • Clear path for the truck — note any low wires, gates, or tight turns.
  • Flat, accessible drop zone with firm footing.
  • Mark the exact spot if no one will be home.
  • Tarp ready if you're concerned about staining a driveway.
  • If you have an HOA or gate code, share it when you call.

What do I need to have ready for delivery?

A clear path for the truck, a flat and accessible drop zone, and someone to point out where the load goes (or a clearly marked spot). Tell us about overhead wires, gates, slopes, or narrow approaches when you call.

Can you dump the load anywhere on my property?

Trucks need firm, level ground and clearance overhead. We typically dump in driveways or open yard space. We'll do our best to get as close to the use spot as possible, but we won't risk damaging your property or the truck.

Will the truck damage my driveway?

Loaded delivery trucks are heavy. Most concrete and asphalt driveways are fine; some older surfaces, soft spots, or paver drives can crack under weight. If you have any concern about your driveway, tell us when you call and we'll discuss options like dumping in the street or on the lawn.

Can I be there when you deliver?

Yes — and we recommend it for the first delivery so you can point out exactly where to drop the load. If you can't be there, mark the spot clearly and we'll handle it.
